All Levels Class. Balance out the chaos and fast pace of your busy week, with our Slow Flow. This class will take down the tempo and allow time to explore the postures. We will work on building strength, cultivating breath, and elongating muscles.

This class is for those looking to chase their dreams until it becomes their reality. Turning the temperature up to 95 degrees, sweat pumping, music flowing, power yoga flow that will push you out of your comfort zone into your dreams.
@ Om Yoga Studio - Directions*
Intermediate flow, combining basic and advanced poses and offering modifications. This is a well balanced class and great way to increase your heart rate, expand lung capacity, improve balance, strengthen core muscles and increase flexibility.
Flow to Stretch

The best of both worlds! 30 minutes of a gentle flow, followed by 30 minutes of a deep stretch. Ahhhh!!! In this class you will move mindfully, connect with your breath, and allow your body and mind to slow down and relax while stretching your muscles and calming your nervous system. Suitable for all levels.
